The Process
Intake
After being approved for enrollment, you will receive a detailed intake packet to complete. From there, we will go over company policies and expectations as well as schedule a convenient day and time for your child's assessment.
Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation conducted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that evaluates your child's behaviors, skills, and needs through interviews, observations, and tools to create a personalized treatment plan.
Personalized Care Plan
A personalized guide to help your child build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. It’s based on the assessment results and includes recommended therapy hours, specific goals, strategies, and ways to track progress to support your child’s development.
Start Services
Once payment methods are confirmed, you will receive a welcome email with your child's start date, weekly schedule and therapy team introduction. Then the journey towards supporting your child's growth begins!
