Standard Parent Consultation

This is a one-hour meeting with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) where parents can discuss any developmental or behavioral concerns/questions they may have. This service is ideal for parents wanting to gain further insight on why their child may behave in a particular way and potential solutions to address those areas. Caregivers will be provided with a written summary of items discussed post meeting.

Thorough Parent Consultation

This is a 90-minute meeting with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) where any areas where behavioral support and/or skill development can be discussed. Post-meeting, parents will be given a detailed plan to assist in achieving desired goals with their child. The individualized care plans will include:

  • 2-3 Parent Goals with clear instructions and visual supports on how to achieve them

  • 3-5 Learner Goals with a written teaching plan detailing how to work on them with your child

  • A written list of relevant strategies and resources to provide you with a additional support If needed along the way

Parent Coaching

This is a one-hour coaching session led by a BCBA that provides hands-on, one-on-one support to help you manage your child’s behaviors and foster positive growth. During the coaching sessions, you will:

  1. Learn Behavior Management Techniques: We’ll teach you evidence-based strategies that will help you manage challenging behaviors and encourage positive ones.

  2. Understand Your Child’s Needs: We’ll help you better understand why certain behaviors occur and how to address them in a way that is effective and compassionate. This includes recognizing triggers and teaching appropriate replacement behaviors.

  3. Live Ongoing Support: As you begin implementing new strategies, we’ll be there to provide in-the-moment feedback, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust the plan as needed while you practice strategies taught with your child.

A parent consultation session is strongly recommended prior to starting this service.
